Established in 1999, Arch Custom Homes, Inc. and Arch Builders, Inc. is owned and operated by Chris Philipp. He has accumulated 20+ years of experience in several facets of new home construction including development grading, basement excavation, sewer and water connection, framing construction, finish work, general contracting, customer service and much more.

A large portion of the home building process is completed within the company for quality control. All Arch Custom Homes are built by Arch Builders and hand selected contractors deemed top quality by Chris himself based on years of experience. Arch Builders complete framing, deck construction, siding, finish work (including cabinets, countertops, stair rail, trim and doors), backfill grading, and initial watering of sod with an elaborate timed sprinkler system so when you move in and take over the watering process your yard is in great shape.
